Northwest Building Service, Inc. (NBS), founded in 1996, specializes in the physical care of commercial properties and the management of their related support services. We are committed to customer satisfaction, quality workmanship, and to resolving a wide-range of facility care issues. Based out of Spokane, Washington, we currently offer our services to facility owners and managers throughout Washington, Idaho, Montana and Oregon.

In the beginning, NBS focused its effort entirely on building maintenance issues, development of a reactive 24/7/365 maintenance program, and establishing a select group of dependable support contractors located throughout the Northwest. In more recent years, based upon customer need, NBS has expanded its service program beyond reactive maintenance to include more cost efficient annual pro-active maintenance programs, vendor contract management services, facility improvement projects, and specialty equipment installation and support. Our facility service programs are as simple or as comprehensive as necessary, each designed to accommodate specific needs in an organized, dependable, and cost effective manner.

Understanding how to care for and enhance commercial property is a necessary and vital part of our program. We currently serve financial institutions, churches, and retail establishments throughout the Northwest with our service programs and we credit our success to great customer service. Endeavoring to understand each customer, we work to develop a balanced program to provide the desired result.

In our opinion, little things matter, attention to detail is important and customer service counts! Our service programs reduce stress, enhance property value, and typically exceed our customer’s expectations.
